Automated journaling and performance analytics for active traders

I'm very new to Tradeology and ran into two issues early on. Both were fixed in record time—without me even having to ask for help. I'd flagged both problems to the AI bot, and before I knew it, Michael Mor reached out to me directly by email.

The first issue was that my broker wasn't listed for uploads. Within 24 hours they had it added, and I was able to upload my trades. The second was a trade I'd scaled into that wasn't reporting correctly—again, I was contacted by email and it was resolved almost immediately.

That kind of proactive support tells me they're an A+ organization striving to be the best. They have my vote.

I was having a hard time finding a trading journal that would auto sync with E Trade. I was having to manually add entries daily. I found TradeOlogy and was so glad to see it would auto sync. Tried it out and there were a few glitches, but the customer service responded right away and the issues were fixed that day. Top notch customer service and love the auto sync! Highly recommend for anyone, but especially E Trade users.

I appreciated the fact that while the AI was not able to get all my transactions correctly from IB csv extract, Michael from support worked with me to get everything sorted out through multiple iterations. I generated a customized csv from IB and he modified their algorithm almost in real time.

They are very attentive to details and follow-up quickly.

I am a beginner trader, been trading for about a year now. I like to approach things and trading in a methodical way, and was looking for a system that could assist me with analytics of my performance. I like how the platform is user-friendly, customizable and even has an AI assistant. And, tech support is great too.
