TradeOlogy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed through the Service. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeOlogy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
